1. How long does the battery take to charge, and how long does the light work?
Our solar street lights require 6 to 8 hours of direct, high-efficiency sunlight to reach a full charge. Once fully charged, the smart system supports up to 12-15 hours of continuous operation in high-brightness mode, and up to 3 days in low-power energy-saving mode.
2. Are these outdoor solar lights waterproof and weatherproof?
Yes, all models are designed with an IP65 professional waterproof rating and constructed from rugged, impact-resistant ABS material. They are fully optimized to withstand harsh weather conditions including rain, snow, wind, dust, and high temperatures.
3. How does the intelligent radar motion sensor work?
The street light operates on a dual-sensor mode. At dusk, it automatically turns on at 30% brightness. When motion is detected, the radar sensor boosts the brightness to 100% instantly. It returns to 30% energy-saving mode after 20 seconds of no movement.
4. What is the average lifespan of the battery and the LED chip module?
We use high-capacity LiFePO4 batteries designed to last over 2,000 charge-discharge cycles (approx. 5-8 years). The premium LED light sources feature high heat dissipation efficiency and have a working lifespan exceeding 50,000 hours.
5. What are the recommended mounting heights and installation methods?
For the 500W model, a mounting height of 4-5 meters is recommended. For the 1000W and 1500W models, a height of 6-8 meters is ideal. The product package includes all necessary mounting accessories for both wall installation and pole mounting.
